Recreational Dance Program

Our recreational program is designed for dancers who want to come to classes, receive the best dance training, and have the opportunity to perform for their loved ones, without any yearly commitment. ​

Classes starting as low as $36/month

​

We offer a wide variety of classes to suit all needs and run for a 10 month duration (September-June).

​

We provide ALL dancers* with two optional opportunities to perform on stage, Winter Showcase and Year-End Showcase.

Acro competitive routine Acro Classes

Acro

Acro combines classical dance techniques with precision acrobatic elements. Acro classes include flexibility and conditioning exercises, mixed with gymnastic elements, to create strong and versatile dancers. 

Competitive Ballerina Ballet Classes

Ballet

Ballet is the foundation of all dance, where dancers will learn correct posture/body alignment, coordination, extension, use of turnout, grace and fundamental balance. 

Contortion Classes

Contortion

(Specialty Class)

In a contortion class, you'll explore advanced flexibility and strength through a blend of deep stretches, core exercises, and intricate poses. Guided by an expert instructor, you’ll warm up with targeted movements, then gradually work on bending and twisting into impressive shapes.

Hand Balancing Classes

Hand Balancing

(Specialty Class)

In a hand balancing class, you'll work on the art of balancing on your hands through focused techniques and drills. Core-strengthening exercises and foundational handstand practice will guiding you through progressive stages to build stability and control, gradually improve your balance, and alignment.

Hip Hop Classes

Hip Hop

In this class the student will experience a fast paced-upbeat atmosphere while learning a variety of age appropriate movements that range from old school to new school hip hop. Hip Hop is comprised of both rigid and relaxed body movements creating an intense cardio workout that is great for the body and mind!

Jazz Classes

Jazz

Jazz dance includes strength, flexibility and conditioning technique and progressions including turns, kicks and leaps. In a Jazz class the dancers also learn many fun and trendy dance steps that are used for all forms of dance. It is a wonderful class to get a well rounded variety of all dance steps.

Lifts Classes

Lifts

(Specialty Class)

Lifts class focuses on teaching safe and effective techniques for performing lifts and stunts  in partner and group dances. Students learn the fundamentals of strength, balance, coordination, and trust required to lift and be lifted with confidence. 

Lyrical Classes

Lyrical

Lyrical dance is a combination of jazz and ballet technique to portray a story using strong expression, choreography, rhythm, and the lyrics of the music. Dancers explore the expressive style, focusing on fluidity, emotion, and storytelling through movement.

Pointe Classes

Pointe

Advance your ballet technique by learning to dance En Pointe. Focusing on strengthening and conditioning your feet and ankles, dancers will work on precision, balance, and artistry, mastering the grace and strength required for this elegant and demanding aspect of ballet.

Must be approved to be en pointe.

Stretch and Endurance Classes

Stretch and Endurance

This class is for anyone who would like to increase their strength, flexibility and range of motion. You will learn how to safely stretch your legs, hips, shoulders, back and entire body while building the muscle and balance needed to use your flexibility.

Turns and Jumps Classes

Turns & Jumps

In a turns and jumps dance class, you'll refine your pirouettes, leaps, and aerial jumps through.  With a focus on strength, perfecting technique and executing powerful, and techinally correct turns and jumps. 

Tap Classes

Tap

Lace up your tap shoes because tap classes are designed to develop rhythm, style and sound. Students will learn the ADAPT syllabus. Exercises focus on building flexibility of the knee and ankles, coordination, and speed of movement.
